About John Rust
I am a sole practitioner working mainly in the following areas:
- Wills, estate planning and family trusts
- Mediation and arbitration
- Property transactions - both residential and commercial
I am both a qualified arbitrator and mediator and I am available for appointment as either in disputes that are suitable for me to be involved in.
I am a Fellow of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of NZ (Inc) and am affiliated with LEADR.
I also assist with litigation in the Courts and I have practised as a principal in law firms on the North Shore since 1975.
My premises at 25A Bute Road, Browns Bay lend themselves to my firm name BUTELAW.
Adequate parking facilities are available for clients visiting our office.
